With only 16% fat, it’s perfect as a spread on bread or as an ingredient in cooking, such as in soups, pies, or pasta sauces. Produced locally in Älvsjö, Kavli always uses premium hard cheese and the best ingredients for top quality and flavor. All our soft cheeses are pasteurized and safe for pregnant women to consume.
