Johnny’s Coarse & Strong Mustard is a hearty mustard with intense notes of dried fruits, figs, and dates. It has a long and well-balanced aftertaste. Perfect for sausages and burgers, it also makes a simple yet delicious sauce for a fine fish fillet or a sirloin steak. An excellent base for dressings and marinades—just mix an egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, and dill, then slowly whisk in rapeseed oil. Since 1987, Johnny has been crafting his characteristic mustard, produced in our mustard factory in Eslöv, Sweden.
