How do you ensure the freshness of your sweets during shipping?
All Sweets by Svea products are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or placed in airtight packaging. We use expedited shipping methods and insulated liners when necessary to ensure they arrive at your door tasting oven-fresh.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of both vegan and gluten-free treats. You can filter our shop by dietary preference, though please note that all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles flour, dairy, and nuts.
How long will my sweets stay fresh once they arrive?
Most of our cookies and pastries stay fresh for 5-7 days at room temperature if kept in an airtight container. For longer storage, many of our items can be frozen for up to three months.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
We love being part of your celebrations! For large events or custom catering requests, please reach out via our contact form at least two weeks in advance so we can curate a special menu for you.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, Sweets by Svea ships nationwide within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure our products do not spoil during long transit periods.
